Do's and Don"ts for your natural hair

Do shampoo and keep it clean, your hair is exposed to all the little things floating around in the air ,least once a week , because when you shampoo and condition protects your hair for a week if
so if you don"t you will be exposed and unprotected .
Don't use heat on dirty hair it is unpertected , you have to think of conditioner as a protecter it keeps the hair strong so you can do what you want to do , put there are always limits on how far you can go safely, with out breaking the hair.
Don"t wash hair using hot water, hot water open the cuticle and if you shampoo and condition with it you keep the cuticle open and is what causes the hair to look dry and dull .
Do use cool water when ever you shampoo and condition your hair this will close the cuticle and smooth the hair and give it shine naturally.
